Hong Kong is to host eight competitions at the 2025 National Games, alongside events in Macau and Guangdong. It is the first time the city has co-hosted the Chinese sporting contest, which will see its 15th edition next year.

Please reload the page and try again.At its inaugural meeting in Guangzhou on Thursday, the Organising Committee of the 15th National Games revealed that Hong Kong will host rugby sevens, beach volleyball, golf, triathlons, men’s handball and men’s under-22 basketball, as well as track cycling and bowling.
Most events will be staged in Guangdong across 13 days from November 9 next year. Macau will host table tennis, 3×3 basketball and women’s volleyball.
